1. Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and SEO Chat. By accessing or using https://seochat.net, https://app.seochat.net, or any related SEO Chat service we operate, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Definitions

  • Services — the website, applications, APIs, partner start links, dashboards, and support channels operated by SEO Chat.
  • User Content — text, media, schedules, and other material you submit or authorize us to publish on your behalf.
  • Connected Account — a third-party account (such as X) you link to SEO Chat.

3. Services covered

SEO Chat may provide:

  • Public marketing and coming-soon pages on seochat.net.
  • Contact / early-access intake.
  • Partner vanity hostnames and opt-in start links.
  • Desk tooling to manage Connected Accounts, drafts, and posts within approved scopes.

Features may be beta, limited, or changed without prior notice. We do not guarantee that any particular feature will remain available.

4. Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be at least 16 years old (or the higher age required where you live) and able to form a binding contract.
  • You must provide accurate information when contacting us or creating a desk login.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account.
  • Notify us promptly at security@seochat.net if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any law, regulation, or third-party platform rules (including X rules).
  • Upload malware, scrape at abusive scale, probe vulnerabilities, or disrupt the Services.
  • Impersonate others, misrepresent affiliation, or engage in spam, harassment, or fraud.
  • Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, domain allowlists, or security controls.
  • Use the Services to publish content you do not have rights to publish.
  • Resell or white-label the Services without a written agreement.

6. X connections & posting

If you connect X, you authorize SEO Chat to use the OAuth scopes you approve (which may include reading profile data, posting, likes, follows, and offline access). You remain solely responsible for User Content and for compliance with X’s terms and applicable law.

  • We do not guarantee delivery timing, algorithmic distribution, or platform approval of posts.
  • X may revoke tokens, change APIs, or restrict apps; we are not liable for third-party outages or policy changes.
  • You may disconnect at any time; we will stop new actions after disconnect, subject to processing delays.
  • Desk operators supporting SEO Chat may access connection metadata needed for support and abuse prevention.

7. Partner & early-access programs

Partner start links and early-access invites may be limited to approved domains or cohorts. We may revoke access if a partner relationship ends, if abuse is detected, or if required for security or legal reasons.

8. Intellectual property

The Services, branding, software, and documentation are owned by SEO Chat or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Services as intended. You retain ownership of User Content; you grant SEO Chat a worldwide license to host, process, transmit, and display User Content solely to operate the Services you request.

9. Fees (if applicable)

Some features may become paid. If fees apply, we will present pricing and billing terms before you purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEO CHAT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SEO-RELATED INFORMATION ON THE SITE IS INFORMATIONAL ONLY AND IS NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEO CHAT AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO SEO CHAT FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD 100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limits apply to the fullest extent allowed.

12. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify SEO Chat against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your Connected Accounts, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rules, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

13. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, create risk for other users or platforms, or if required by law or a platform partner. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity) will survive termination.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after the updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance, except where additional consent is required by law.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of seochat.net, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue, except where mandatory consumer protections give you the right to bring claims in your home country.
